About our property

We are a cozy bed and breakfast situated on 130 acres of Concord vineyards, woodlands, and horse pastures conveniently located on St. Route 84 in historic Unionville, Ohio. This beautiful 8,000 square foot structure served as a barn for its first 150 years; remodeling was completed in 1992 by Kay Herdman alongside her late husband Gerald; and has since been open year-round for guests to enjoy.

 Stay in one of our four guest rooms, each with their own private bath, television, high-speed internet, and WiFi access. All rooms are comfortably furnished to ensure a relaxing stay. Join us for an included continental style breakfast daily Monday-Friday and our buffet breakfast spread on Saturdays and Sundays.

 Aside from the private guest rooms we offer a large common area for dining and a welcoming great room for your use, equipped with a fully operational gas fireplace. During the warmer months you will be able to utilize our deck that overlooks our vineyards for eating and lounging as well.

 During your stay you will be in the heart of the Grand River Valley Wine Region and within 5-10 minutes from most of our wineries and distilleries. You will be a short 15-minute drive from Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio's first summer resort and Lake Erie, a 20-minute drive from Bridge Street, in the historic Ashtabula Harbor and 5 minutes from Madison Village.
