The King Suite

The soaring skylit ceilings and large bay windows drench this room in natural sunlight while the enclosed terrace is the perfect spot to head with a glass of wine or two to watch the sunset over our vineyards and pastures. A comfy king-sized bed and jacuzzi tub make this suite the perfect option for a special weekend getaway!

The Queen Suite

$200/night + tax

  • The Queen Suite is spacious ground -level room with all around views of our vineyards and horse pastures. Guests have direct access to our back deck and a cozy gas fireplace. Two queen beds make this the perfect option for separate travelers or two couples traveling together. This suite includes a private bath with a walk-in shower.

The Rose Room

$165/night + tax

  • The Rose Room is a cozy space located within the Warner-Concord Farms Bed & Breakfast. A comfortable queen-sized bed, dedicated workspace with high-speed wireless internet, and private bath make this room the perfect option. The large windows allow for an amazing view of not only the vineyards but our horse pastures as well!

The Balcony Room

$175/night + tax

  • The Balcony Room is a bright space located within the Warner-Concord Farms Bed & Breakfast. Nestled on the corner of the inn, it boasts natural sunlight throughout. A comfortable king-sized bed, gas fireplace, and private bathroom allow for a cozy stay. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure a dedicated workspace with high speed wireless internet is available. Utilize your in-room Keurig, then wander onto the balcony to enjoy your coffee before beginning your day!

Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date, or no shows, will be charged the full room rate. There is a $50 charge per room for Friday or Saturday cancellations made within 2-7 calendar days of the reservation date. We accept cash or credit card payments and require a credit card to be provided upon booking to hold your reservation even if you choose to pay cash upon checking out.

All bookings are subject to an 8% lodging tax paid directly to Harpersfield Township and Ashtabula County + the 6.75% sales tax to the State of Ohio.
