Policies & Procedures

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. the day of your reservation. You will receive your door codes via email 24 hours prior to your check-in date. We will do our best to accomodate early check-ins, but they are not guaranteed.

Check-out is at 11 a.m. Please ensure that you close all windows, turn off lights/fireplaces, and close your suite door upon exiting when checking out. Door codes will automatically become inactive at 11:15 a.m.

Complimentary breakfast is always included in your reservation. A hot breakfast is served daily from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions upon booking.

As stated above, breakfast is complimentary. Should you choose to pass on breakfast, room rates remain the same and are not subject to any discounts.

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel WITHIN the 14 days of arrival but will be eligible to move their reservation to a different date.

We have a two-night minimum for Friday and Saturday bookings during our peak season (May through October.) Should an existing reservation need to be modified to a one-night stay, a $50 one-night surcharge will be added to the booking.

We accept credit card payments (American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.) We require a valid credit card to be provided that will be charged the full cost of the reservation upon booking.

We do not accept personal checks.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow pets on our property.

For the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are from 11 p.m. until 8 a.m. daily.

Smoking is not permitted indoors at our property. You may smoke outside, cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. If we determine that smoking has occured in the house, a cleaning charge of $500 will automatically be applied to your credit card on file.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation.

We are an adult-oriented property. To ensure the comfort of all guests we do not allow children under the age of 13 unless all rooms are included in the reservation.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, in-room loud partying is prohibited. This includes yelling, loud music, and/or becoming excessively intoxicated and causing a disturbance of any kind. Those who are not on the initial booking are not permitted in our guest rooms. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning in not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave our property immediately.

Any damages that should occur during your stay should be reported to the Inn immediately. Should we determine that the damage caused was beyond normal wear and tear or if you fail to notify us you will be charged $250 to the card provided at booking, no exceptions.

ABSOLUTELY NO hair dying of any kind is permitted in our guest rooms, bathrooms, showers, etc.
