About our property

 Warner-Concord Farms cozy bed and breakfast situated on 130 acres of Concord vineyards, woodlands, and horse pastures conveniently located on St. Route 84 in historic Unionville, Ohio. This beautiful 8,000 square foot structure served as a barn for its first 150 years; remodeling was completed in 1992 by Kay Herdman alongside her late husband Jerry LaFevre; and has since been open year-round for guests to enjoy.

 In April, 2024, the farm recently chagned ownership from its original owner, to Kate & Joe Lach, two long-time Geneva residents with big ideas in store for the farm. Their idea is to operate as a traditional bed and breakfast with modern aspects such as; contactless entry, upgraded amenities, and a restaurant-style dining area. Although the bed and breakfast is owner occupied, their approach allows for guests to enjoy their time with those they are traveling with.

 Come stay in one of the four guest rooms, each with their own private bathroom, television, high-speed internet, and WiFi access. All rooms are comfortably furnished to ensure a relaxing stay. Guests will also enjoy the hot breakfast prepared daily that is always included.

 Aside from the private guest rooms they offer a large common area for dining and a welcoming great room for your use, equipped with a fully operational gas fireplace. During the warmer months you will be able to utilize the deck that overlooks the vineyards for eating and lounging, as well as the fire pit.

 During your stay you will be in the heart of the Grand River Valley Wine Region and within 5-10 minutes from most of our wineries and distilleries. You will be a short 12-minute drive from Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio's first summer resort and Lake Erie, a 20-minute drive from Bridge Street, in the historic Ashtabula Harbor and 5 minutes from Madison Village.
